MAQS Advokatbyrå strengthens its fund and investment team with Therese Virgin
"Therese Virgin joins MAQS Advokatbyrå in Stockholm as a senior associate in the Funds & Investments team. She will work on fund and investment matters, including fund establishment, venture capital, private M&A and company law."
Therese Virgin has many years’ experience advising on investments in both Swedish and international fund structures and on the establishment of new funds. She provides ongoing support to fund managers and regularly represents Swedish and international players in venture capital investments, private M&A and matters relating to general company law. She joins MAQS in Stockholm and will work within the firm’s Funds & Investments team.
