She brings a solid track record advising domestic and foreign clients and has extensive experience in complex transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business structuring and cross-border projects. Her practice is especially focused on supporting foreign companies with interests in Brazil, including adapting business structures to the local regulatory environment and executing international transactions with security and efficiency.
Established in Berlin and active between Brazil and Europe, the new partner joins Sperling Advogados with the aim of strengthening the firm’s international presence and fostering closer relationships with foreign clients and partners.
