Ryan Gehbauer Joins Dorsey & Whitney as Labor & Employment Partner in Dallas

Gehbauer handles matters arising from all aspects of the employment relationship, including wage and hour issues, hiring disputes, background checks, and restrictive covenants. He advises clients on employee terminations and workforce reductions; leaves of absence; workplace investigations and policies; workplace safety and OSHA claims; and complaints involving discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. He also advises clients on employment issues tied to workplace-altering events such as mergers and acquisitions, and represents clients in federal, state, and appellate courts as well as in arbitrations, mediations, and government agency proceedings.
Gehbauer joins Dorsey & Whitney from Thompson Coburn LLP, where he was a partner. He enters Dorsey & Whitney as a Partner. He received his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.S. from the University of Kansas.
