RWK Goodman appoints Lara Hourihan as London real estate partner to bolster Health & Social Care practice

Hourihan joins RWK Goodman after more than a decade at Trowers & Hamlins, where she advised investors, developers and operators in the care, later living and housing sectors. Her work there covered complex land acquisitions, development, joint ventures, real estate finance, regeneration projects and TOGC transactions. She has also previously worked in-house for a retirement living provider. Hourihan joins RWK Goodman as a real estate partner within the firm’s Health & Social Care team.
Her appointment is described by the firm as a strategic addition to its growing Health & Social Care team, which recorded 34% growth over the last full financial year. The team was also recently shortlisted at the HealthInvestor Awards 2026 for Legal Advisors of the Year – Transactional.
