HEUKING appoints employment law specialist Dr. Michael Matthiessen as Counsel in Berlin
"Dr. Michael Matthiessen joins HEUKING’s Berlin office as Counsel in the employment law team, focusing on employer-side matters in the healthcare sector and church/diaconal employment law."
Dr. Matthiessen is a Certified Specialist Lawyer in Employment Law and joins HEUKING from ADVANT Beiten, where he served as a Salary Partner. He advises and represents employers in out-of-court disputes in both individual and collective employment law. His practice focuses on advising companies in the healthcare sector. In this field he has also advised and represented diaconal institutions for many years in employment and church law matters, with a particular focus on employee representation law.
