Reed Smith acquires corporate team from AlAmmar Law
"Reed Smith's Riyadh office has hired a corporate team from AlAmmar Law: partners Mohammed Alammar and Anmar Algharifi and associate Norah Alqasem, who will work on corporate, M&A and related practices."
Partner Mohammed Alammar advises clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) on corporate matters, projects and infrastructure, public–private partnerships (PPP), real estate, investment funds, and finance. He joins Reed Smith as a partner from AlAmmar Law.
Partner Anmar Algharifi’s practice spans public and private M&A, joint ventures, capital markets, private equity, corporate structuring, and foreign investment matters. He also advises family investment offices on regional and global investments, governance, and compliance. He joins Reed Smith as a partner from AlAmmar Law.
Saudi-qualified associate Norah Alqasem advises on corporate and commercial matters in the Kingdom. She joins Reed Smith’s Riyadh office from AlAmmar Law.
