Gaetana Rota, a chartered accountant and statutory auditor, has joined Santacroce & Partners as of counsel. Rota will contribute her expertise in customs planning and on matters related to international trade and the internationalization of companies.
Anna Abagnale has been appointed partner. She has collaborated with Santacroce & Partners since 2015, working on national and international VAT matters. Her promotion is part of the firm’s strategy to consolidate its tax advisory practice and to develop new areas of interest such as art taxation and taxation of non-commercial entities, with attention to EU law and its interpretation. Abagnale’s expertise strengthens the firm’s focus on VAT and celebrates her internal career progression.
