Willkie Farr & Gallagher Adds Private Equity Partner Miroslav Tomo in London

Tomo represents sovereign wealth funds and leading financial sponsors on cross-border public and private M&A, private equity and corporate transactions across numerous sectors, with a focus on real estate and infrastructure. He advises on joint ventures, minority investments, carve-outs, shareholder and co-investment matters and management equity plans. His dealmaking record includes significant experience on complex data center and digital infrastructure transactions. He joins Willkie from Kirkland & Ellis and will work closely with recently hired private equity partner Hamesh Khatkar on real estate M&A transactions.
