Sean is an experienced civil and criminal business litigation and trial attorney with nearly three decades of experience. He represents corporations and individuals in complex commercial disputes, securities fraud, antitrust, healthcare fraud, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) matters, government and internal investigations, and white-collar criminal defense in federal and state courts and in arbitrations nationwide. He brings a national practice with deep substantive knowledge, significant trial experience, and client relationships across the banking, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and defense industries.
Sean’s work encompasses a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters, including corporate governance, shareholder disputes, securities fraud, RICO, antitrust, trade secrets, unfair competition, and complex contract matters. He advises corporations on internal investigations involving fraud and corporate governance issues and represents corporate and individual clients in white-collar criminal matters such as healthcare fraud, False Claims Act and qui tam actions, export control, and anti-money laundering, as well as the parallel civil and regulatory proceedings that frequently follow.
Sean earned his JD from Marquette University Law School and his BA from Brown University. He is an elected member of the Council of the American Bar Association Litigation Section.
