Carlton Fields Adds Veteran Trial Lawyer Tom Rohback to National Class Actions Practice

Rohback was most recently a partner at Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP. He is a trial lawyer with more than 40 years of experience handling complex, high‑stakes disputes nationwide. He has represented global corporations and Am Law 100 law firms in more than 30 jury and bench trials and has led appeals and class actions in courts across the country; in one notable stretch he tried three federal jury cases in three months, securing a directed verdict in each. Rohback’s practice includes antitrust, insurance, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair trade practices, breach of contract, fraud, intellectual property, employment discrimination, professional liability, and arbitration. He is frequently called upon to handle matters at critical stages, including after significant rulings or as cases approach trial. Rohback earned his J.D. from Columbia University Law School, his M.A. from Columbia University, and his B.A. from Union College.
