His practice combines contentious and non-contentious work, including significant litigation before civil and administrative courts as well as before Spanish and European Union authorities. He also takes part in the negotiation and execution of complex agreements relating to intangible assets.
Alongside his professional practice, Seijo lectures on postgraduate programmes at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and Universidad de Navarra, and has published extensively in specialist journals and collective works on topics including copyright, trademarks, artificial intelligence, software and advertising law.
