Fox Rothschild Welcomes Tax Partner Rouzbeh Robbie Alipour to Chicago

Alipour advises multinational businesses and private clients on U.S. international tax planning. He oversees inbound and outbound structuring for multinational companies and manages U.S. tax matters affecting high‑net‑worth individuals and entrepreneurs. He brings experience in multinational group restructurings and reorganizations, from preparing internal restructuring plans to managing post‑acquisition integration efforts. He joins Fox Rothschild as a partner from Eversheds Sutherland, where he was a member of the federal and international tax group. Alipour holds law degrees from New York University School of Law and the University of Florida College of Law, and degrees in economics and finance from the University of South Florida and the University of Florida.
