Dentons appoints Olivier Querinjean to lead Tax practice in Belgium

Olivier Querinjean joins Dentons as a partner to establish and lead the firm’s Tax practice in Belgium. With more than 25 years’ experience in corporate tax law, he advises on the tax aspects of corporate reorganizations and restructurings and on cross-border transactions including mergers, demergers, stock and asset purchases, MBOs, LBOs, joint ventures and spin-offs. He also advises on the taxation of employee profit sharing schemes, represents clients in negotiations with tax authorities and in tax litigation, and regularly advises entrepreneurs, family offices and private clients on complex cross-border structuring and wealth planning matters. He is ranked in Chambers Europe for Tax in Belgium. Prior to joining Dentons, he was a partner and Head of the Tax practice in Belgium at CMS.
Antoine Lebecq joins Dentons as an associate in the Brussels office.
