Adriano brings over two decades of experience providing legal and regulatory counsel to financial institutions and key market participants. He has worked on structuring transactions and providing strategic advice in complex regulatory environments. His practice encompasses the structuring of sophisticated financings, funding instruments, derivatives and international transactions, as well as advising on the creation, authorization and organization of financial institutions before the Central Bank and the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
He holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School and a specialization from FGV Direito SP. Adriano also participates in relevant regulatory discussions and the implementation of innovative structures involving financial products, risk management and corporate governance. His background includes in-house roles, having served as General Counsel at Banco XP and as a legal manager in various areas at Itaú.
