Siobhan Cole Joins Holland & Knight as Litigation Partner in Philadelphia
"Holland & Knight welcomes litigation partner Siobhan Cole in Philadelphia; she will join the firm's Litigation Practice Group focusing on complex commercial litigation and consumer class-action defense."
Ms. Cole was previously a partner at White & Williams LLP, where she served as practice group chair of the firm's commercial litigation group. She joins Holland & Knight with the seniority of partner, having come from White & Williams where she also held partner status.
Ms. Cole handles complex commercial cases across numerous areas of law, including unfair competition under state and federal law, professional liability, indemnification, business torts and contract disputes. She also defends consumer class actions, including matters related to food labeling and advertising, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act. She has been a member of multiple trial teams in state and federal courts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware, and has extensive experience in state and federal appellate courts.
