Greenberg Traurig Adds Mitch Reynolds to Singapore Real Estate and Hospitality Practice

Reynolds joins from Squire Patton Boggs and brings extensive experience advising clients on hospitality and real estate transactions across the Asia‑Pacific region, with additional experience in the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East. He represents hotel owners, operators, investors, and financiers on hotel development and operational matters, including management and franchise agreements, leasing, sales and acquisitions, and investment structures. In his hospitality practice he advises on hotel management agreements for branded and white‑label hotels, branded residences, and mixed‑use developments; supports operator selection; negotiates management and franchise agreements; advises on hotel leasing; and structures hotel investments across luxury, upper‑upscale, and select‑service assets, including trophy properties and portfolio transactions. As part of his move to Greenberg Traurig, Reynolds has relocated from Australia to Singapore.
