Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants appoints Asmae Bazaani as counsel

Bazaani brings over a decade of international tax advisory experience across the UAE and Europe. She has held senior roles at EY and Deloitte and previously practised as a tax lawyer at CMS Luxembourg. She is joining Galadari at the counsel level.
Her practice focuses on corporate tax advisory, transfer pricing governance, international group restructurings and the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She has advised multinational groups, investment platforms and private equity clients on the design and implementation of tax-efficient structures aligned with OECD standards and evolving regulatory frameworks.
