Andrea Tina joins VPB Studio Legale Associato as of counsel to strengthen Corporate practice

Tina is a lawyer and full professor of Commercial Law at the University of Milan. He holds a Doctorate from Bocconi University and an LLM in Corporate Law from New York University, and brings consolidated international experience. He has been a Cassazionista since 2019 and was appointed President of the Milan ABF Panel (Collegio ABF di Milano) in 2024.
He will strengthen VPB’s Corporate practice with a focus on extraordinary transactions and corporate and financial litigation, including ADR. Gaia Griccioli, partner at VPB, commented that his arrival enhances the firm’s Corporate team. Andrea Tina added that he knows the qualities of the group, shares its vision and is confident they will work well together.
