Goodwin Adds Olya Kurilovich as Partner to New York Investment Funds Team
"Goodwin hires Olya Kurilovich as a partner in its New York Investment Funds group; she will work in the firm’s Private Equity/Private Investment Funds practice advising on fund formation and related transactions."
Kurilovich specializes in advising clients on the formation and operation of private investment funds across sectors including private debt, private equity, real estate, infrastructure and emerging markets. She also advises sponsors and investors on strategic transactions, internal arrangements, complex secondary deals and fund restructurings. The announcement states she joins Goodwin at partner level.
The announcement also noted the recent strategic hire of Julia Kolovarsky in the Investment Funds group in New York.
