Thomson Snell & Passmore appoints Tamsin Reader as Real Estate Disputes Partner
"Tamsin Reader joins Thomson Snell & Passmore as a Partner in the Real Estate Disputes team, working on real estate disputes including dilapidations, lease renewals, forfeiture, eviction and residential enfranchisement."
Reader brings considerable experience advising on real estate disputes relating to dilapidations, lease renewals, break notices, forfeiture, defaulting tenants, rent arrears and eviction of squatters. She also deals with residential matters such as collective enfranchisement and lease extensions. She supports a wide range of commercial clients including investors, developers, landlords and tenants, and has represented clients in the County and High Court and the Property Tribunal for a number of years.
Reader joins Thomson Snell & Passmore from Knights, where she was a Partner in the Property Litigation team, having joined Knights in 2022. Prior to that she spent time at Coffin Mew and Downs Solicitors.
