PwC Tax & Legal hires Andrés Mochales Forero

Mochales Forero joins from A&O Shearman, where he was a senior associate based in Madrid. He has advised corporates, private equity funds and other financial sponsors on cross‑border M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, co‑investments, restructurings and reorganisations, with sector experience in infrastructure, energy, aviation, TMT and healthcare. The appointment adds senior dealmaking capacity to PwC Tax & Legal’s corporate practice as the firm expands its transactional offering in the Spanish market.
