Andrea Falzone joins Qlt Law&Tax as Partner and Head of Administrative, Energy & Environment Department

Falzone will be responsible for the Administrative, Energy and Environment Department, which provides assistance to private clients and companies primarily in the areas of public contracts, environmental law, industrial and commercial authorizations, state concessions, public financing and grants, public competitions, erarial liability and electoral law.
Born in Rome in 1972, Falzone is a lawyer of the Rome Bar and is admitted to practice before the higher courts. He arrives at Qlt after a long career in legal practice and public institutions: he has held various roles at the Ministry of the Environment and served as implementing agent for the extraordinary commissioner for hydrogeological instability for the Apulia region, and he has collaborated on the same issues with the extraordinary commissioners for Sicily and Calabria. He also worked as a legal adviser with the Department for European Policies on monitoring and resolving infringement procedures, particularly concerning waste and remediation. Falzone has been an adjunct lecturer in administrative and environmental law and is the author of numerous publications in his fields of expertise.
