Armodia Professionisti Associati welcomes Marianna Carroccio as partner

Carroccio brings an in-house career that has included positions at Rai and LaPresse. She joins Armodia as a partner with expertise in intellectual property, audiovisual production, publishing, information technology, international contracting and corporate governance.
In recent years she has assisted companies and investors in corporate transactions, IP litigation, mediations and arbitrations, applying a modern and international approach. Active on gender equality in the audiovisual sector, she is a member of the Steering Committee and serves as Legal Officer of Women in Film, Television & Media Italia.
With her arrival, Armodia consolidates its offer of integrated services for Italian and international clients in complex and competitive contexts, reinforcing the firm’s orientation to strategic and cross-disciplinary advisory.
