Paul, Weiss Welcomes Investment Funds Partner Nathalie Sadler in London
"Paul, Weiss has hired Nathalie Sadler as a partner in its London Investment Funds Group; she will advise on structuring and management of private investment funds across private equity, private credit and real estate."
Sadler advises on the structuring, establishment and management of private investment funds across a variety of asset classes and jurisdictions. Her practice covers private credit, private equity and real estate. She also counsels fund managers on management and advisory matters, including the structuring and launch of global employee co-investment programs and the implementation of carried interest and other incentive arrangements, and advises on general corporate, regulatory and compliance matters.
In 2023 Sadler was named a Private Equity Rising Star by Law.com and a Legal Rising Star by Private Funds CFO. She earned a BSc in chemistry and law from the University of Bristol and an LPC from BPP University Law School.
