Deloitte Legal strengthens Corporate M&A with three partner hires in Spain
"Deloitte Legal has hired Alfonso Bayona, Borja Martín and Juan de Navasqüés as partners in its Corporate M&A practice in Spain to work on energy, infrastructure and private equity transactions."
Alfonso Bayona joins Deloitte Legal as a partner with more than 20 years of experience advising on international transactions in energy, infrastructure and natural resources. His expertise spans corporate, contractual and financing matters. He was previously a partner at Pinsent Masons.
Borja Martín joins Deloitte Legal as a partner, bringing a strong track record in M&A and private equity, particularly in acquisition processes and project development across energy, infrastructure and real estate. He was previously a partner at Pinsent Masons.
Juan de Navasqüés joins Deloitte Legal as a partner with 15 years of experience focused on M&A and private equity transactions, with particular emphasis on energy assets and project development. He was previously a partner at Pinsent Masons.
The appointments follow recent investment in Deloitte Legal’s Corporate M&A team and further strengthen one of the firm’s core practice areas.
