Ansari advises technology companies on transactions and product strategies that drive innovation and protect intellectual property and data. He brings extensive experience in tech transactions and IP litigation, representing clients from early-stage ventures to global organizations, including Fortune 100 companies, across cloud computing and AI, software-as-a-service (SaaS), digital media and interactive entertainment, and blockchain and fintech sectors. He assists clients in structuring and closing strategic deals, developing products to spur innovation, and navigating regulations including consumer protection laws, supply chain rules, and gambling and privacy policies. He also supports licensing, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance needs.
Ansari joins Dorsey & Whitney LLP from Perkins Coie LLP. He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Washington.
