Jimenez concentrates his practice on representing employers in California wage-and-hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters, with extensive experience in both state and federal courts. He has contributed to California superior courts’ efforts to streamline case management in complex employment disputes.
In his previous role, Jimenez represented employees in a range of wage and labor-related matters. He joins K&L Gates from Protection Law Group, LLP.
