Elizabeth A. Davis joins Barnes & Thornburg as a partner based in Chicago. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general business counseling across industries including logistics, insurance, food and beverage, manufacturing and healthcare. Davis serves as outside general counsel to domestic and international companies on their commercial needs and will be among nearly 150 Barnes & Thornburg lawyers in Chicago, the firm’s second largest office.
Princess Fuller joins Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in the Corporate Department, further enhancing the firm’s capabilities in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance and general business counseling.
