Christine Bae brings extensive experience advising sponsors, companies, lenders and investors on complex capital structure matters, including liability management exercises, special situations and private credit transactions. Known for designing capital structure solutions that address clients’ strategic and financial challenges, she joins Simpson Thacher as a Partner within the Firm’s integrated Capital Structure Solutions platform.
Jacob Ruby brings similar experience advising sponsors, companies, lenders and investors on complex capital structure issues, including liability management exercises, special situations and private credit transactions. Also recognized for crafting bespoke capital structure solutions, he joins Simpson Thacher as a Partner in the Capital Structure Solutions Practice.
The Capital Structure Solutions Practice integrates the Firm’s Liability Management and Special Situations and Restructuring groups with broader financing capabilities to provide unconflicted, commercially focused guidance across financing strategy, credit solutions, distressed M&A and chapter 11 restructurings.
