Norton Rose Fulbright appoints Fredrik Lindblom as projects partner in London
"Norton Rose Fulbright has appointed Fredrik Lindblom as a projects partner in London; he will work in the projects practice on energy and infrastructure, including project finance and private equity transactions."
Lindblom joins from DLA Piper, where he served as Co‑Head of Infrastructure, Construction & Transport Sector, Europe. He has overseen complex, multi‑jurisdictional and high‑value energy and infrastructure projects. He will work in the firm’s projects practice with a primary focus on private equity transactions, portfolio company investments, acquisitions, project finance and divestitures of energy assets and joint ventures. Over the course of his career he has played a leading role in originating mandates across the energy and infrastructure sectors and has acted as a strategic adviser and relationship partner for global institutional investors, infrastructure funds and sponsors.
The firm said the appointment further strengthens its global projects platform. Norton Rose Fulbright’s energy, infrastructure and resources team has advised on transactions valued at more than US$74 billion year‑to‑date, and its projects practice comprises over 350 project and project finance lawyers across more than 50 offices.
