Rüttimann is an M&A and capital markets specialist with a focus on banking and securities law, corporate governance and market conduct rules. In her new role she will lead the group legal team, advise the executive committee and the board of directors and its committees on legal and regulatory matters, and oversee all legal matters at group level.
She joins Sulzer from Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF), where she worked from 2016 onward. Rüttimann began her legal career in 2004 and, between two periods at NKF, worked at Homburger and at SIX Swiss Exchange, where she served as deputy head for three years.
