Abramo’s practice is concentrated on corporate civil and criminal advisory and litigation, with a specific focus on negotiated crisis resolution, liquidation procedures and corporate criminal liability pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. He joins the firm with the seniority of associate.
The firm, which has offices in Milan, Padua and Belluno, is active in commercial, corporate, banking and finance areas.
