Antonio La Porta joins Advant Nctm as partner

Antonio La Porta joins Advant Nctm as a partner. He brings over twenty years of experience gained at leading national and international firms and was previously at BonelliErede. La Porta has established expertise in extraordinary and structured finance, with a particular focus on securitisations, covered bonds and operations on non-performing loans (NPL), and also works in private debt, acquisition finance and the debt capital market.
Francesca Spadafora joins Advant Nctm as a managing associate in the Banking & Finance practice. She works on banking and financial law with experience in debt capital markets, corporate finance and acquisition finance.
The appointments form part of a broader consolidation of Advant Nctm’s Banking & Finance practice, initiated earlier in the year with the admission of Federico Morelli to the partnership, and reflect the firm’s strategy to build a highly specialised team attuned to market trends. The firm’s partner count has risen to 85.
