Willkie Farr & Gallagher adds partner Scott A. Snyder to Los Angeles energy and project finance team

Snyder advises clients on the development, acquisition, financing and sale of complex energy and infrastructure projects. His practice spans project finance, including tax equity, as well as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial real estate transactions. He has significant experience with solar generation, battery storage facilities, wind power projects, transmission infrastructure, airport and seaport facilities, rail assets and other large-scale projects.
Snyder represents investors, financial institutions and developers on a range of transactions and handles corporate and governance matters throughout the project lifecycle. He joins Willkie from O’Melveny & Myers.
