Cripps strengthens commercial and technology practice with arrival of Radius Law team

Iain Larkins, founder of Radius Law and former Mercedes‑Benz UK Group General Counsel, will join Cripps as a partner. He brings experience advising large corporates and will contribute to the firm’s commercial and technology work, drawing on his background in the automotive sector.
Other members of the Radius team will join Cripps alongside Larkins. They bring extensive experience advising large corporates, particularly within the automotive sector, including manufacturer brands, major retail groups and industry bodies; their prior firm is Radius Law.
The arrival of the Radius team expands Cripps’ commercial and technology team to 20 people based in its London and South East offices, further enhancing the firm’s ability to support large corporate clients with complex commercial and regulatory needs.
