Ashurst appoints Arijit Tiwari in Singapore to strengthen structured products and derivatives capability

Ari brings 15 years of experience in derivatives and structured products gained across international law firms and financial institutions. His practice covers structured products and derivatives, advising on a wide range of structured notes, warrants and certificates linked to indices, equities, funds, commodities and credit. He also advises structuring desks on algorithmic indices and provides exposure via structured products and OTC swaps.
His regulatory experience includes work on PRIIPs and MiFID II implementation as well as BRRD contract remediation exercises. Ari combines deep legal expertise with advanced technology capability, having developed proprietary automation solutions that enhance efficiency and turnaround on high-volume structured product transactions.
The appointment reflects Ashurst's continued focus on developing its finance and capital markets capabilities across Asia and supporting clients on complex cross-border transactions in structured finance, derivatives and capital markets.
