He joins from Pérez-Llorca, where he served as counsel for the past three years. With more than 18 years of professional experience at firms including Clifford Chance and Ramón y Cajal Abogados, Salarich specialises in transactional banking, finance and capital markets work in both domestic and cross-border contexts. He has been involved in bilateral and syndicated financings, refinancings, debt restructurings and regulatory compliance, and has advised on corporate and high-yield bond issuances, issuance programmes, securitisations, initial public offerings and public takeover bids.
