LegisLAB expands corporate and sports law teams with three new hires
"LegisLAB hires Gianluca Brambati (senior associate) and Ludovica Margherita Catena (associate) into its Corporate team, and Luca Gualazzini (of counsel) into its Sports Law practice."
Gianluca Brambati joins the Corporate team as a senior associate with a profile focused on extraordinary corporate transactions and corporate governance. He brings experience gained in high‑standing professional contexts, with particular attention to M&A operations and corporate commercial contracting.
Ludovica Margherita Catena enters the Corporate team as an associate to support corporate and contractual matters. Her professional background has developed in corporate law and insolvency proceedings, with training oriented to advising businesses.
Luca Gualazzini will contribute to the development of the Sports Law practice as of counsel. He holds an LL.M. in International Sports Law from ISDE Law & Business School in Madrid and has significant experience assisting sports clubs, athletes and sector operators, including direct secondments at professional football clubs.
