Charles Russell Speechlys appoints Marguerite Brac de La Perrière as IT, Data and AI Partner in Paris

Marguerite joins from Fieldfisher, where she was a Tech & Data Partner and head of the Paris Digital department. She brings a strong IT, Data and AI practice with particular expertise in the life sciences and healthcare sectors and has over 15 years' experience in Digital Health and Artificial Intelligence. Marguerite acts as a business partner to clients on Data Protection, AI and Digital Health matters, provides strategic support in drafting and negotiating complex IT contracts, advises international stakeholders in the Tech, Life Sciences and Digital Health sectors, and serves as Data Protection Officer for several healthcare and industrial players. She joins Charles Russell Speechlys at Partner level from her prior role as Tech & Data Partner and head of the Paris Digital department at Fieldfisher.
She will be joined by two associates, including Léa Rogerie, who has worked with her for around two years; both will join the firm at associate level.
