Lexsential strengthens Banking & Finance department in Milan and leadership in London

Marcello Paduano joins Lexsential as a partner and will head the Banking & Finance department in Milan. During his career Paduano has collaborated with important national and international firms, working with Bplex, Paul Hastings, BonelliErede and Freshfields, and is described as ex Ey. He has assisted financial institutions, investment funds and corporate clients in banking and structured finance transactions and in judicial assistance. Paduano has followed numerous securitisations, debt restructurings, bond issuances and complex financing instruments, developing solid experience in the contractual and market aspects of the banking & finance sector.
Ezio La Rosa assumes the leadership of Lexsential’s London office, where he has for years been a point of reference for the firm’s UK market. He brings more than twenty-five years of experience gained at Big Four firms and major international banks between Milan and London. La Rosa focuses primarily on M&A, structured finance and cross-border investments, assisting asset managers, financial intermediaries and international groups.
