Mills & Reeve appoints Richard Pallot-Cook as partner to strengthen debt restructuring practice

Richard has over 25 years of experience in the debt restructuring market and has held senior roles at Dentons and Simmons & Simmons. He joins Mills & Reeve as a partner and will work closely with the firm’s finance and restructuring partners, including national head Neil Smyth, to strengthen and expand the restructuring practice.
Based in London, Richard aims to develop work with his established network of clients, including banks, other lenders, restructuring advisory firms and insolvency practitioners. He will also support clients requiring debt restructuring advice where the breadth of Mills & Reeve’s full-service firm can deliver significant value.
