Cuatrecasas appoints Gemma Colomer as counsel

With more than 23 years advising the pharmaceutical and medical technology industry, Colomer brings technical expertise and extensive experience in the life sciences sector. She advises clients on regulatory, contractual and sector-specific compliance matters, as well as regulatory disputes and administrative and contentious proceedings before the courts. She also has extensive teaching experience in leading master’s programmes in the sector, including the Master’s in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industry at UPF and the Pharmaceutical Law Course at ICAB, and has contributed to publications and international events.
