Sidley Adds Government Contracts Partner H. Boyd Greene IV to Washington, D.C. Office

Mr. Greene joins Sidley from Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he was a partner in the Government Contracts and National Security practices. Before entering private practice, he spent 10 years as a contracting officer with the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Institutes of Health, and the Department of the Treasury.
Mr. Greene focuses his practice on government contracts and national security matters. He has substantial experience in government contracts due diligence and corporate transactions, advises clients on U.S. trade rules and domestic sourcing requirements, and represents clients in civil False Claims Act matters, including qui tam lawsuits. He counsels on cost accounting standards and GSA Price Reductions clause issues, and has significant bid protest experience, including multibillion-dollar Department of Defense procurements and classified intelligence agency contracts. He also represents clients in audit and cost accounting disputes before administrative boards and advises across the aerospace, defense, intelligence, technology, transportation, and healthcare sectors on compliance, contract strategy, intellectual property, and small business programs. Mr. Greene further advises on national security matters, including classified contracts, facility security clearances, foreign ownership mitigation structures, and ITAR compliance.
