Heidi has built a practice advising both corporate and private equity clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Her experience spans a broad range of transactions including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and general corporate advisory, with particular emphasis on complex cross-border investments and private equity-backed transactions. She joins Ashurst as a partner in the corporate team in London, strengthening the firm’s private capital and energy and infrastructure-focused capabilities and bringing industry expertise, particularly in the Nordics.
