Cappelli Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo Del Din & Partners strengthens Capital Markets with partner Guido Bartolomei

Bartolomei joins from Latham & Watkins, where he became counsel in 2024. He is specialised in equity and debt capital markets, public M&A and corporate governance, including regulatory matters and the Market Abuse Regulation. Over the years he has advised private equity funds, issuers and investment banks on major transactions in the Italian market and took part in preparing the first English-language prospectus format adopted in Italy. Most recently he worked on the listings of Lottomatica Group, EuroGroup Laminations and Industrie De Nora, and has advised several issuers and banks on the Italian aspects of numerous high-yield bond issuances, most recently those of Golden Goose and Lottomatica Group.
