Private equity lawyer Hannah Luqmani joins Jones Day Corporate Practice in London

Ms. Luqmani has more than 13 years of experience advising top-tier sponsors, asset managers, investment banks and corporate legal departments on cross-border private equity transactions. She has worked on auction sales and leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, co-investments, minority investments and preferred equity investments, and has particular experience advising private equity deal teams at one of the world’s largest investment banks across corporate equity, infrastructure, growth equity and hybrid capital portfolios. Her sector experience includes sustainable energy, infrastructure, business services, pharmaceuticals, technology and cybersecurity.
At Jones Day she joins the Firm’s global Corporate Practice, which encompasses M&A and Private Equity, and will practise in the private equity/M&A area. Ms. Luqmani has been recognised by Legal 500 UK for excellence in Private Equity Transactions – High Value Deals.
