Frédéric joins the firm from Bär & Karrer in Geneva, where he was a senior associate since 2023. He is a tax specialist whose practice covers national and cross-border tax and succession planning for Swiss and foreign clients. He advises ultra-high-net-worth families on cross-border planning and brings corporate tax experience across reorganisations and M&A, financing structures and incentive plans. He is admitted in Switzerland and New York, is certified as a Swiss Tax Expert, and works in English, French, German and Spanish. He joins Charles Russell Speechlys at partner level, strengthening the firm’s Swiss tax capability to provide transactional tax, tax advisory and tax controversy services to national and international clients; across Switzerland the firm now has a specialist private client and tax team of 10.
His appointment follows the recent arrival of Partner Luca Beffa into the Firm’s Arbitration team in Geneva in January, reflecting the Firm’s continued investment in Switzerland and wider European offices.
