Rodrigo Griz is a tax lawyer with a strong background in consulting and strategic litigation. He has experience in tax structuring, administrative and judicial defense, and corporate reorganizations with significant tax implications. Throughout his career he has led highly complex disputes at the state level, particularly in São Paulo, with an emphasis on ICMS issues, special regimes, tax substitution and tax benefits, and has maintained substantial interaction with litigation in the Tax and Fees Court (TIT‑SP).
The hire aligns with Dcom Advogados’ strategic plan for the 2026–2028 cycle and the firm’s structured expansion of operations.
