Gibson Dunn appoints Waleed Rasrommani partner in Riyadh

Rasrommani is a corporate and M&A lawyer whose practice focuses on complex transactions in Saudi Arabia and across the Middle East, with particular emphasis on the energy, infrastructure and private capital sectors. He advises regional and international clients on public and private transactions, including cross-border M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments and privatizations. He joins Gibson Dunn as a partner, having previously served as the national managing partner in Saudi Arabia for Linklaters.
