Ughi e Nunziante appoints Carmelita Rizza and Agostino Frau as Counsel
"Ughi e Nunziante appoints Carmelita Rizza and Agostino Frau as Counsel. Rizza will work in litigation and arbitration (commercial and corporate) from the Rome office; Frau will join the corporate and M&A team in Milan."
Carmelita Rizza, based at the firm’s Rome office, assists clients in both judicial and extrajudicial matters. She has consolidated experience in managing complex disputes, including arbitration, primarily in the commercial and corporate arenas, and will contribute to the strengthening and development of the firm’s litigation team. Rizza assumes the role of Counsel at Ughi e Nunziante.
Agostino Frau works from the firm’s Milan office, where he focuses on corporate and M&A matters. He handles extraordinary transactions, including cross-border operations, and advises national and multinational clients. Frau assumes the role of Counsel at Ughi e Nunziante.
The appointments form part of Ughi e Nunziante’s strategy to promote internal talent and to consolidate two long-standing strategic practice areas for the firm.
